At age 45, he certainly has the youth and energy to serve in opposition for a number of years (if need be) before he has an opportunity to become Prime Minister.</p><p>David McGuinty is the MP for Ottawa South and is brother of Ontario premier <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dalton_McGuinty">Dalton McGuinty</a>. His organization in Ontario would certainly be impressive but would have to build a national team quickly.
